whole numbers are integers from [0,N], all integers are not whole number(in maths).

monu Probably it means same in programming language https://www.computerhope.com/jargon/w/wholnumb.htm (its non-negative integer, ie I+ U {0}) You must have seen number is used as a term for integer at many challenges too, so I think there is not much focus on term used but problem & sample input/output makes it very clear.
