Milad I agree that SoloLearn is very good, but just for learning the basics of a stack programming languages. Does not include advanced courses.
SoloLearn is very good for beginners. And it's main advantage is the huge user community.

Walt Theodore there are lot of apps but as some apps not do support free stuffs like sololearn they lock the content for just premium users so thats why I think sololearn is best for apps like programming hub , (Memo- Which I dont suggest because after getting paid also you dont get that type of content you want) so for that thing I dont suggest these apps rather than if you want to pay then use websites like codeacademy , skillcrush etc and quora is an also best platform for asking questions for freely đ
