First of all I believe it depends on why you have done Bsc in computer science , If it was your interest towards computers and was your own choice then the best possible option would be continuing in the same domain unless you explicitly want to diverse your skill sets by pursuing a MBA or any other different field. By continuing in same domain i mean to say you should work in that domain more so off, it can be higher education or a corporate job in computer science field.

And yes if it was not your choice (due to any of the possibilities that existed at that time) to do Bsc than now you have an opportunity to pursue your interest .

Its a matter of interest as well as skills.
