how advanced should u get in C++ so u can be called a developer?

A developer is everybody who's developing software. So if you able to write executable code you can call yourself a developer(if good or bad is another thing)

thanks Lex... I guess what U really wanted to know is that how expert someone should be in programming to start freelancing...Im studying c++ And also working as an somehow intern.. Im writing codes ... however, I still don't know so many things about c++

To start as a freelancer know the basics in gui design and database interaction and with ervery job you do you research the nesseary things for it and learn more in general. So it's just a matter of time till you get pro
