I might be addicted to problem solving 😅 I feel something close to adrenaline when I'm trying to find a solution. For instance today I had a final exam about VBA programming which lasted 3 straight hours, it didn't make me feel mentally exhausted, it felt like playing puzzles, you just want to finish and be happy about the result. Plus you get to enhance some aspects of your life and other people's lives with what you create♡😊

Hmm passion. A lot of people can say that u can earn a lot of money. Yes of course, but without passion and self learning you can't be a good programmer. So there isn't major motive, you have to ask yourself if is it make you happy and then just do it.

I code because of my passion and some goals that I need to conquer which can't be possible without programming. You can get the idea of what I want to actually make by my dp.

@Kelsie... You're not alone on the confusion regarding "dp". As a professional software developer (in the U.S.) since 1996 who has been involved in several internet startups with heavy emphasis in social media technologies, the reference to "dp" was quite foreign to me. I suspected the reference might be well known in certain parts of the world. Based on many of the comments in this Quora post, I think that might be the case: https://www.quora.com/Why-is-it-that-people-call-it-DP-in-FB-and-WhatsApp-instead-of-profile-picture-Where-did-come-from Funny thing is, there are a few references claiming the usage of "dp" being popular from the early years of social media. Again, I've been doing this for a while and can't say this applied to me. Anyway, I found this discussion interesting and thought I'd chime in.

@Atikrant: Based on your profile pic, I got the impression that you either wanted to be a game developer, super hero billionaire, or working with Marvel Studios. 😉

I learn programming because I love it, and I need it for my future goals which is to create an OS, on my custom PC which connects every device you use.
