Can somebody suggest me the best course of action to get hired as a web developer?

First html5 after that css3 and JavaScript and php and sql
Learn bootstrap because it is a html framework for easy designing web page
Learn JavaScript library and framework also
Some are in SoloLearn by community are angular.js and jquery
Other are p5.js, three.js, vanue ect

In fact what Mo Hani said is the best. If you already know that you could then add:
Jquery, Bootstrap.
You could also test Django, I think is less used but also very powerful and many enterprises could be interested in people knowing Django.
