Owusu Trinity It's not empty with re-starting.
When you copy new text then old text is deleted

It get pasted in ur clipboard. And when ever you open your keyboard to write , then If you press the clipboard for long time
Then it will show a paste option and if u tap that option , your copied text will be pasted.

It get stored in your clipboard while the machine is after. After restarting the machine the clipboard becomes empty
