How many hours in a day if i study i become really good at it in a possible short time

It depends on how fast you can learn and which courses or books do you read. You can find a lot of free courses in internet that will teach you basic and avanced concepts. You should practice everything you learn and solve every error/bug you do.

No, sorry. I don't use python. I think you can start with SoloLearn, TutorialsPoint or other free courses. There's also a lot of others free and paid courses and books.
