What is the Quiz Factory and where is it?

I looked through my uncompleted achievements and saw "Win challenges using one weapon" and "create this number of challenges in the Quiz Factory" I am on a computer and I searched through this site for the Quiz Factory, but there's nothing leading there. Plus, I don't even know what the quiz factory is. Can you please explain to me what the quiz factory is and where is it in the SoloLearn site? Thanks!

BTW quiz factory currently only accepts quizzes in C and Swift.

After completing a challenge look below there's written Quiz Factiry you can go there and submit your own submissions, and quizzes.
