Some questions about programming in general (by a beginner with a bad english)

Hi,
First thing first, i don't speak english that much because i'm an italian 15 yo student. I just discovered this app a few days ago and i wanna ask you guys some questions about programming :

1) What's the Best language order for a beginner? (Now i'm learning python and it seems easy but i know that there are languages like C++ that are a lot more difficult.

2) How can i Learn things fast? (I'm watching YouTube videos and it's Good for the basics but soon i will need to do things on my own)

1. Phyton è un buon inizio, ma dipende da cosa devi programmare.
Io sò un pò di HTML5, PHP (ci sto lavorando) e voglio imparare il css.

2. Dalla mia esperienza con altri programmatori (su Telegram, a proposito, il mio nick è @casungo se magari vuoi contattarmi ;) ) ho visto che non si può imparare un linguaggio velocemente.
Certo, puoi farlo ma dopo alla pratica non ti ricordi niente...
Bisogna solo avere pazienza.
