am still 13 year old where do i need to start learning?

Well, that depends on what you want to do one day🤔

If you want to go into Web Development, you should learn HTML, CSS and JavaScript to start

If you want to go into Data Science and Machine Learning, Python is a good way to go

For Game development a language like C++ or C# (for Unity support) is good.

For hardware and robotics I think a lower level language like Assembly or C is good

You will learn the basics of coding. (Variables, loops, conditionals etc), no matter which route you go down. I like Python as a beginner language (it's where I started😁)
