How do we get good apps or software developer?eg like utorrent, ms office etc

You cannot make apps like u torrent and ms office by a ready made app or else even a kid will be able to make apps for stores.You need to use programing languages for that.If you want to create an app for play store use Java,and for ios use C++.There are few apps which can be used to make apps but will never be able to make apps as you mentioned.
