Basic HTML: Numbers and Bullets not aligning to center

Question

Hello! I am working on my first HTML project and I am having some trouble getting the numbers on my organized list in lines 13-21 to align to the center. I am having the same issues with the bullet points next to the progress bars I made on lines 78-96. Have tried manipulating it a few different ways but can't seem to figure it out. Thank you for your help!
