Just to make sure what you mean: You have a python code file and want to run it in Playground? If so, open the desired file in your editor. Select all, then copy and go to the Playground and open a new empty python file. Then tab into the empty space and select paste or insert. Then press run. Be aware that if you import some moduls in your code that they possibly will not be supported.
