not much just removed/deprecated (marquee) and added(semantic tags) feature, or rules (case sensitive in xhtml)

Html is a basic website creation language ...there are various other versions which came before ... Currently latest version is HTML5... it's like when a browser like Chrome or Firefox gets a new version update...
