Help with game programming with python!

Question

So I'm starting to learn programming, both here and on my own, (python as of the moment), and I would like to start working on a game, for fun and to help me learn. Does anyone have useful advice or resources for pygame, and for python in general? Also, what would be a logical second programming language (after python), if i stay interested in game development?

There are a lot of tutorials on google and youtube for pygame. Just pick one and work trough them.

You could look into c# as a next language.
