What are the best tool, tutorials, courses and languages/frameworks for front-end developers in your opinion?

Besides pure HTML/CSS/JS, what other languages can be used for layout and interactivity? Offline apps and eBooks would also be good to know.

Best tool : Notepad++ and Google Chrome Best tutorial : w3schools Best course : SoloLearn Best framework : jQuery Tbh, there is no best. They are just what I prefer and recommend.
