C# is the safer version of C++. C++ is more powerful but harder to use. C# is easier to use but slightly less power.

c# is similar to Java. they both derive from c±+. C# is not a safe version of C++. C# is compiled to IL which runs on CLR. Whereas C++ is native compiled. if you want speed go for c++.
