App won't pass 4/8 "Conditionals and Loops", requires us to upgrade to the full app with all the courses?

This c++ app won't progress passed 4/8 "Conditionals and Loops", it requires us to upgrade to the full app with all the courses?

Is this a deliberate limitation? I don't want all the rest of the languages, just this c++ one, please advise how I can resolve this issue.
