How long does it take to learn HTML + CSS, then code a website?

How long does it take to learn HTML + CSS, then code a website? I just know basic c, c++ languages. What about JS, PHP and MySQL? I need to create a website for an organisation which includes sports,cult and many activities. Pls answer in detail... Thankyou in advance 😊

I took me a day to learn WordPress so I can at least make a website. Then slowly filling the gaps of knowledge, which took a year and still going slow.
