Try, create at this place mini application on Java/C# - using HasMap, SortedList, Dictionary or Link .Net - fullsimple imitation Sql driver - Tables (HasTable by primary key), Indexes (HasMap by foreigen key), queries (Select, From, Where and simple Join by keys) - i think it is good practics. IMHO.

1 - by means of Http requests for a small hosting with a database and, for example, Php with a simple code ... :);
2 - you can try the same thing, but from Apache Http server + locally installed on mobile Android, local Bd server is on the same device (there are such applications for Android), and of course Php code of course ... php code, in fact similar to the one needed in point 1 ... the address where to send Http requests from the SoloLearn application, I think, LocalHost.
