Can i make a functional web-page like this?: HTML = Structure(images, forms, headers,logos,etc) CSS = style layout(colors ,text style ,borders,etc.) JS =interactivity(drag and drop,form validation, alerts,etc.) PYTHON("¿CAN I USE PYTHON FOR MY BACKEND SERVER OR IS PHP THE ONLY ONE FOR WEB BACKEND?")

Yes you can use python for your back-end server because it is easier to learn than java/c++
