Learning programming has two phases, first, you need contents to read concepts from and second, tools to do actual coding. For the first one, there are numerous contents available all over the web. All you need is to be able to search for what you need. And for the second one, there are many great apps available on play store and web which helps you to do actual coding. And moreover, I'm pursuing computer science but don't have a laptop or pc yet. All I'm dependent is on my smartphone❤️. Which language are you searching resources specifically for?

NamelessCoder Which language are you specifically searching app for? For C/C++, Mobile C worked best for me. I also used it for Python in the beginning but it lacks third-party packages installation so not a good choice for Python. Pydroid3 is obviously the best for Python. Data science / machine learning / GUI, you can do almost every thing. SoloLearn is a great choice for web development( considering only apps for writing codes). Java N-IDE, I'd say, works best for me for Java. Directory structure is similar to Android studio. And the best part is, you can create android apps right away from your android device😅. And at last, Userland + connectBot helps you to use different Linux distributions with exact same functionalities( as it does on a computer running Linux) on your smartphone. Tell me if it's useful for you.

Yes, you can learn a programming language on a mobile phone. there are two-phase to learn any a programming language. firstly you should learn the basic concept this part you can easily understand on mobile phone or other technology and the second phase is coding this part is very important and difficult to understand on mobile you need some guidance to learn or help to write program. http://pythonandmltrainingcourses.com/courses/best-r-programming-training-in-noida/
