I would suggest Python, the HTML -> CSS -> JavaScript.

If you have done C then keep practising it then start with c++ if you get a good hold on these two languages, you will become capable of learning any language, but if you face problems and can't continue then start python instead and then learn C and C++, python is really easy in the beginning so it's the best language for beginners
