iam study cs in university ... my degree when graduate is good ... but when graduated before 11 years ago I am getting job out of my study ... so now I want to learn python language ... my question about can i learning python and become developer website for ex.
and who is best & power in the feature python language + library .. or java script

Go step by step. First do the tutorial.

Make sure you try out everything you learn with your own hands!

It's very important to learn syntax and how the language as a whole works. Being able to understand the logic behind computers is crucial mostly because that's what programming is. Don't just memorize different functions but rather think in a way which values the linear thinking processes of a computer. (I cannot wait to see what you make after learning python.)
