You completed html means obviously you want to go in web development that means your next language will be CSS JavaScript or may be PHP.best of luck for next language.

Html, css, after them you can make a static Page to add functionality u need javascript or php, both are a good choise but focus on one and learn its frameworks. Php can work on the server but javascript can too with nodejs, so just pick one of them.

As you complete the course for HTML by now , the best option for you is learning Python which is the trend of today in term of programming language. Don't waste your time in learning Java as it is almost an outdated programming language by now.
