What is the best programming language in the world?

There is no best, they all have pros and cons. It's more about finding the ones you like and get good at them.

There really isn't a best, different languages are for different purposes:

Web development - HTML, CSS, JavaScript (advanced - PHP, MySQL)
Game Development - C++?
Android app development - Java
IOS app development - Swift
Data analysis (as well as others) - Python

Obviously there are high level languages which are better than low level languages but overall there isn't really a "best" language.

LISP for programming artificial intelligence, best of the best, followed by C

I think Java is the basic programming language and it goes in higher level as well, therefore, I go with java. Even I don't know anything about Java but I love it.
