It's certainly possible now in the case of reading code out loud, but that's difficult to understand. In the future, if there were language that was abstract enough to where it was as easy to use as a human language, we could all easily speak code to each other.

If you search for esoteric programming languages, there are some interesting examples that mimic human speech in some aspects
