Question about javascript

Guys I want to learn javascript. I already know it's syntax and it's rules but i couldn't find a video or something that will show its functionalyties for example how to get the input info that a user is entering in a form and take that info(values) and do something with them. Also couldn't find jquerry tutorial. So do you have an advice, what should I do to learn that or where to learn that? Thank you.

In addition; keep going with the JavaScript tutorial. You may already know the stuff at the start, but the stuff with the forms will be later on. Depending on what you want to do exactly, you may need something like PHP too.

The JavaScript tutorial is a great place to start, so persevere with it. jQuery is basically just JavaScript with more concise structure as far as I know.
