If your looking into web development, good news I have something for you. There's a book called html&css it's amazing and it goes over way more than this app. I'm not to sure about camps for web development but you might want to check that out as well. You can also take classes, shadow other web developers, practice by applying any skills you may have learned, read, or study to your hearts content. if not, more :)
