Is it better to use just one article on the page? Like just one H1?

I think now I am starting to get it. So article is the tag for which previously i've used div with class content.
Is it a better practice to use only one article on the page?

It depends of the project. Also, is easier and faster to use a framework nowadays, almost always only is used div tag.

It depends, it is always a good practice to have simplicity, so you can use same article if opposite is not required, always write simple code
