Which one is faster, internal or external css???
and Which one is better

It is more efficient to use external styling because it's easier to update/extend.

Not sure. But internal stylesheets maybe faster because it does not take time to load like external sheets.

But as Nlk01 said using external sheets are more encouraged to work with
