GITHUB - link js

Question

I tried to link my github js file on my local html file, but not workink cause of :
MIME (« text/plain ») incorrect (X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff).

even
https://cdn.rawgit.com/NoxFly/tools/master/svg/svg.js

doesn't work.
How can I do ?
