Challenges points scores how?

I wonder how points are awarded for challenges? I see that it is not so clear for example: this morning ive played 2 and scored 16, but it should be 11 according to the challenges itselves. Does anybody know the exact algorithm? Thanks for all answers, but I don't know why i've got 5 points more then I've should got. Also sometimes I get 200 and more for what? It seems like they have some bonus points too, but can't figure it for what exactly.... Okay, that explains sudden boost of points (reaching those badges), but still we need to figure out those small points that can't fit in the sum of challenges ones. Today (2019-02-11) I ve played 3 challenges with 16 points in total, but my score is again +5 points more. It seems that we all get those 5 points just for starters.

They follow an ELO system. There is a similar thread out there, but I can't find it. You can search on Wikipedia

The points depend on your XP in the chosen language as well as your opponent's for the same language. I don't believe Sololearn publishes the exact algorithm.

IIRC, you get points for each correct answer in the challenges. The exp you gain from your opponent depends on the discrepancy of both your exps in the language used in the challenge. e.g. your c++ exp = 100 opp c++ exp = 1000 You gain more exp in this scenario if you win compared to your opponent if he/she wins.

I think it depends on the level difference you and your opponent have. One more thing if you read "the winner will get 11 XP" at the beginning of the challenge, and you won and get 11 + y XP; the additional 'y' probably be the number of answer that you got correct, i don't believe this also, someone should have write explanation.

At first,i thought it was two rivals compete for the same rewards (xp),but now i think maybe i took advantages on higher level opponent, because when i compete with high level's,i got rewards even i lost, and when i compete with lower level's,i took huge xp lost when i lost and little xp rewards when i won.

It's the score difference between you and your opponent. Results -> points = xp score per set of Challenges. 😑
