How does the challenge work

let, if I challenge you in Java then if you accept it you get 5 questions one-by-one. you have to answer them. They will come on the form of objective, fill in the blanks, drag n drop etc.
if you answer and got won then you will rewarded by a fixed XP or if you loose then you will loose some XP.
These challenges will give you badges and XP in reward.

The 1st problem is that there is no timer, but you have around 30 sec. to answer.
But don't worry, if you can't answer the questions for that time and loose in the first challenges, because the 2nd problem is that the quizzes repeats itself often, so you'll learn the most of them.
3rd problem is that you'll get > 10k XP from answers you know from the beginning, but may not understand them all.
So you're free to call it a challenge-cheat, if you want, but that's the real reason I'm avoiding that feature.
Don't get me wrong. I like the idea, but not its realization.
