(3)+(15,3)+(11,7)=30 in some countries comma operator is used as dot operator and as in your question comma was also there so we can use that but this question has no specific solution

sum of odd positive integer in odd no. of times never gives an even no. If we use them as decimal dn it can be solve in many ways: 11.5 +11.5 +7= 30 13.5 + 15.5 + 1 = 30 7.5 + 7.5 + 15 = 30 9.5 + 9.5 + 11 = 30 .....etc.

yeah it's possible many ways (11-1)+(11-1)+(11-1)=30 (7+3)+(7+3)+(7+3)=30 .. etc
