Why Sololearn doesn't support PC?

Of course exist Sololearn on PC, but it seems, they don't implement the Features from the App to the Web Version.

It would be nice if the Features of the App come to the Web Version, because programming on PC is better.

Sololearn isn't just a mobile app.

But I think, they just want, that people download their app and accept, at the installation, to allow Sololearn have access to your photos, contacts,.... on your phone.
