What is the diffences between tumblr themes, blogger template, and wordpress themes?

I'm not sure what kind of answer this question is expecting.

If the question is about how the services differ as related to programming (so that this question is within the scope of this forum), WordPress is a CMS (PHP back end), Blogger is a limited CMS (Python back end) and Tumblr is for microblogging (PHP back end).

All offer many many themes/templates, so I don't think a proper generalization can be made as to the differences between them. You'd just have to look through them and decide for yourself.
