If you are asking about the JDK installation and setup,
1.First download the required jdk from the Oracle website
2. Install the jdk to desired location
3. Point out the location of bin folder where you installed your jdk and copy the path to system environment variables of your computer
4. Create a java file an check it in cmd
Or u can check in IDE like netbeans or IntelliJ
