I want to make a page for the cellphone but i cant get it to fill up the screen ..i have tried @media but isnt screenfilling

Are you using browser to view it or converting it into an app?

With @media, you can scale up to as large as your browser window.

To achieve what you intend to, you need to convert your webpage into an app. For this, you need to install IDE on computer.

For Android app, the application is Android Studio, the language is Kotlin(or Java) . For iOS app, the application is XCode, the lanague is Swift(or objective C)
