Like the one storing bios in computer ? Its around 4 or 8Mb if i remembr correctly

I would ask questions like this at https://superuser.com/ which is part of the StackExchange network. Like here but a different level, they want to see someone try the problem / search before asking, so there's a chain to hook onto to find the answer independently or encourage answers. This is how I approached it (ROM as BIOS): Google: "bios manufacturers" * note the list that appears, like AMD, AMI, Phoenix, etc. Google, e.g.: "AMD BIOS chips" * suggestions before I even submit show chip numbers; that's useful Then you could either look up the chip numbers ("part number specification"), or...if you visited the BIOS wikipedia article from the first search you're treated to a large picture of two AMD BIOS chips with visible part numbers. Google: "bios ROM specifications memory" * I did this instead of searching for specific chips This link was at/near the top: https://superuser.com/questions/806226/how-to-see-rom-size ...showing a script you can write to just ask your chipset ...full circle :)
