If you don't want to learn any coding just search

MIT APP INVENTOR TOOL

Login with gmail and start by simple block programming as used in "Scratch"
and you are done

Or if you want to make basic apps on android devices just download "Sketchware" on play store its free for most part. It also has block programming no need to learn any coding language . Just knowing concepts will do
