Java Packages

In what programs(IDE) I can use the package function? Is there such function in DR.Java or maybe in Eclipse?

It says " Creating a package in Java is quite easy. Simply right click on your src directory and click New->Package. Give your package a name and click Finish.".I just wanna know where is it. I've been using Dr.Java recently but I haven't seen any" package" button or any src directory there.
