I am unable to type answers of some questions asked in Sololearn challenges though I know the answer . What should I do??

Whenever I challenge someone Sololearn team give the same questions whose answer I cannot type , despite of reporting several times. Moreaver most of the time I lose challenges bacause of these questions. As I am in level 10 , and if I lose to a Challenger where "winner will get 1xp", because of such questions, it causes me a loss of 37 xp 😅.
So , currently I am afraid to accept challenges as because despite of knowing the answer I cannot type me which might lead me to lose and a loss of many xp.
Till now there are only two such questions I have faced to which my mobile curser do not respond at all( all other questions answers I can type very easily except those two).
They are ( in java challenges):
1. Write to generate random numbers in java.
Math.___________()_
\\answer is random & ; but my curser do not respond to the question.
So my request is that please give me the solution (not reporting as I have already tried it many times) or else I have to leave Sololearn.
Please answer me Sololearn!!!

The app lags on some slower devices,,it might be that,its happened to me a lot....(tried entering answers but the keyboard wouldn't pop up)

I use "Redme note 5 (Black , 64 GB). Still can't type answer ( internet connection 4G of Jio).

Have you tried switching keyboard apps? (Gboard was killing me... generally happy with SwiftKey even though the layout is a bit trickier for me.)
