How long does it take to have a powerful website

Im am new to coding but I wish i could develop my own powerful website.

Depends on many factors.
Big companies actually never really code their websites themselves, they have programs to do that for them.
If you are making your website solo then 2~4 months for a very good stylish interactive webpage.
If you have a group of people which you can pay then 2~3 weeks.

Well that only depends on how fast do you learn. If you can learn the whole basics of a language for example from a tutorial in 2 days or so then you'll be good in maybe a week or two.
