What Programming Language is the easiest to use to make an app

I really am looking forward to making an app but i wanna know what language is easier to use to make an app?

If you are planning to make Android apps Kotlin is the simplest one, but it's not advisable as a first language since then you are limited to only that. Java is one of the most common languages in general and is pretty easy to make apps with it. For both of them you just need Android Studio.
I'm not familiar with iOS so I can't really talk about that.
Also if you want to make apps for both Android and iOS consider learning Flutter along with Java or Kotlin.
An alternative that you can check is React Native.
