Sololearn or any other good online resource can definitely help you improve your skills and land a job, but if you just starting from scratch and think completing few courses on sololearn will make you a good programmer and get you a job, Nah i highly doubt it.

Just use sololearn to improve your skills, keep learning from different places, although solo learn certificates will look good on a resume, but they are not replacement for a cs degree or intense study of a self made programmer, which takes a long time.
