What adjective do you use to describe how much a programming language (or any method really) forces you to do it "their" way?

There is a specific term used to describe the spectrum from something open to many ways of doing something like Perl vs have only a few ways to do something like building functionality into SharePoint. I am not thinking about "type" or "strictness" or "flexibility". I had a specific word in mind and now it just seems to elude me.
