Which programming language is more complete?

Well Python is often suggested​ as the best first language, and it does have a lot going for it. If you want one of the taged 4 then C is good if you want some low level, while simple and easy to use. C# is good if you want higher level and want to do something "useful" quickly​. The sololearn courses​ are pretty short introductions​ to the languages​. So you can do a few then learn want you prefer in more detail.

c is the mother language of all. Java is a strong language.

What do you mean by complete? They are all turing complete. C has had the least changes in recent years. C++ has the most features in it. C# has the most layers of frameworks​ and security built-in​, although not consistent across platforms​. Java? I guess it's kinda in the middle somewhere.
