Why is PHP invisible in source Code?

I wanted to ask why PHP Code is "invisible" (User cant see it) in the source Code? Because JS Code is visible... Is there a possibility that JS code can also be "invisible"?

Users view codes from their own devices. PHP is server codes which reside on server side and the codes never sent over to your device, it only send the parsed html/CSS/JavaScript to client device. This is way PHP is always invisible and JavaScript is always visible to web browser users.
